Client Reviews

Highly recommend Rest Easy Home Inspections. Nason Renegar is highly trained and knowledgeable in all aspects of building and electrical codes. In our recent inspection he identified several issues in various levels of concern. The thorough inspection report was compiled of numerous pictures and was over 100 pages in length. The inspector uses easy to understand and accessible online records. I had no follow-up questions due the detail of the report.

Nason was an absolute delight to work with! He was informative, responsive and extremely thorough. 10/10 would recommend

Very thorough! He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. We appreciated him bringing everyone involved to the table (literally) to review the inspection together and answered any questions we had. The reports he provided are a great resource to reference for any issues or upcoming maintenance needs. I will certainly recommend Nason to anyone needing an honest and fair inspection!

We were very pleased with Nason’s service. The report was very detailed and included photos and information about each item. He obviously took his time to be sure we got a thorough inspection. Money well spent!

Nason is the friendliest, most professional home inspector I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We have purchased numerous homes in the past and none of the inspections were as thorough as his. He used multiple professional tools to analyze and provide data to back his findings. The completed report displayed on his online portal post-inspection had the most detailed pictures and descriptions I have ever seen in a report. After we'd had time to fully review it, he called to follow-up and asked if we had any questions.

Best reports, best service. 100% would recommend Nason to anyone needing a home inspection!

Nason was very thorough, nice, good humored, and professional. We felt like he left no stone unturned on the inspection.

We received our report the same day the inspection was completed. The next day, he spent over an hour with us, going over the entire inspection report and set our minds at ease.

I 100% recommend him.

Very detailed report

Highly recommend! Professional, knowledgeable & provided a detail report that is easy to understand. Reviewed entire report with me & made sure all my questions are answered. Great service.

Nason was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly thorough throughout the entire inspection and took the time to clearly explain his findings, including the severity of any concerns, in a way that was easy for us to understand. He also provided recommendations for additional inspections when needed, which gave us confidence that we knew exactly what our next steps should be.

He truly went above and beyond for us. When access information for the property wasn’t provided upfront by our realtor, he took it upon himself to track down the code so he could ensure he had access and complete the inspection as scheduled.

As first-time home buyers, the reassurance and confidence Nason gave us throughout this process was invaluable. I have complete confidence that our inspection was extremely thorough and that nothing was simply overlooked or rushed through. We are incredibly grateful for the time, care, and attention he put into inspecting our potential home. I would highly recommend Nason to anyone needing a home inspection!
