Had a great experience with Rest Easy. Inspector showed up on time, was easy to talk to, and didn’t rush anything. He went through everything in detail and actually explained it in a way that made sense - not just throwing out technical terms and moving on.

What I appreciated most was how thorough he was. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and isn’t just checking boxes. The report was clean, detailed, and easy to follow, which made decision-making a lot easier on our end.

If you’re buying a house and want someone who’s going to actually look out for you, these guys are solid. Would definitely use them again.

Had a home inspection done and couldn’t be happier. I called yesterday, he got out there today, and had the full report back the same day. Even took my call at 7pm and walked through all my questions with me. Solid guy, would definitely recommend to anyone needing an inspection done.

Man let me brag on Nason & Rest easy home inspections!!! He is a great guy & without a doubt the best inspector money can buy! Nason was punctual, extremely professional and provided a thorough inspection. As a woman, I really appreciated the fact he took the time to explain things in simple terms I was able to understand. Very punctual and personable. Provided a very detailed report the same day that was easy to review and included numerous photos. Followed up the next day asking if I had any additional questions or concerns. I can "Rest Easy" knowing that I'm informed and aware of all the improvements needed. Highly recommend and worth every penny.

Nason was very professional, knowledgeable, and definitely looked at every detail during the home inspection. He took numerous pictures and then explained everything about his findings. He spent over 3 hours examining a 1200 square foot home. I even had questions about remodeling the house and he took time to explain and give some suggestions on what to do and not to do. I highly recommend Nason if you need any home inspection done.
