We were squeezed for time on getting our inspection completed, and Nason was able to accommodate us and book our inspection the very next day after I contacted him. His inspection was very detailed and thorough and he is very knowledgeable. Nason even reached out to us the day after the report to speak with us about any questions we had. I've had 4 different inspectors while buying various properties and Nason was by far the most thorough, the most intentional, and the most knowledgeable. My inspection lasted HOURS and he went over every single question I had in detail and never once made me feel like a nuisance for asking anything. He was personable and professional. He spoke to you like a human being. And he didn't cut corners. My own realtor said she had never seen such a complete report where he literally touched every base. He made sure to explain things in ways I could understand easily. I will ask Nason to inspect any property I decide to buy in the future. He's worth it! read less

I wasn’t able to make it to the inspection , but he an extremely detailed report (with pictures) of literally everything. He went on roof, got in attic. We are so grateful we did, Nason quickly identified a 'Significant Defect' in the plumbing and gave us the necessary information to make an informed decision to 'pass' on buying that p-property.
