He was incredibly thorough throughout the entire inspection and took the time to clearly explain his findings, including the severity of any concerns, in a way that was easy for us to understand. He also provided recommendations for additional inspections when needed, which gave us confidence that we knew exactly what our next steps should be.

He truly went above and beyond for us. When access information for the property wasn’t provided upfront by our realtor, he took it upon himself to track down the code so he could ensure he had access and complete the inspection as scheduled.

We were highly impressed by the exceptional level of service provided.

Nason was on time, professional and friendly throughout the inspection. He was thorough and knowledgeable, and utilized technology to enhance the process. He used drone pictures of the inaccessible areas of the roof and a generated a web report portal with pictures and explanations of the findings, which he then went over with us at the end.

This was our first home inspection so while we have limited basis for comparison. Based on his listed certifications and credentials, and the thorough work we observed, we feel confident in his findings and recommendations and in recommending his service to others.
